THD_Lower Body Burn With Alisha - #6
Today's lower body workout is 27 minutes and for all fitness levels. Low impact, high heart rate, feel the burn! We will be using a booty band for some of todays exercises, if you don't have one, no worries! We use simple movements, focus on strength, form, balance and breath. I challenge you to keep moving, it's not about how good we look doing it, its about how we feel!
