Today's full body workout is 20 minutes of strength! We will focus on cardio and strength in this workout by increasing that heart rate and burning into both our larger and smaller muscle groups. Keeping our focus as always on form and breath, and keeping our movements mostly low impact and available to all fitness levels. Modifications available. No equipment is needed today, except a timer.
