For this upper body and core focused workout we will be using small weights for a few of the exercises, but weights are not required. You can do all of these moves using your own body weight and that is more than enough. We will focus on slow, controlled movements. I challenged you to keep the focus on your form and your breath. Allow yourself to feel the burn, that's your body getting stronger!
