For this upper body and core focused workout we will be using weights for a few of the exercises (your choice on how heavy or light!), but weights are not required. You can do all of these moves using your own body weight and that is more than enough. We will focus on slow, controlled movements. I challenged you to keep the focus on your form and your breath. Allow yourself to feel the burn, that's your body getting stronger!
